Consistency evaluation of three kinds of glomerular filtration rate estimation formula in patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the consistency of three kinds of glomerular filtration rate estimation formula in patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:5 534 patients with essential hypertension,970 patients with type 2 diabetes and 1 376 patients with essential hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes were selected.We used 3 formulas to evaluate the patients' GFR.Results:The GFRM of the primary hypertension and essential hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients'was significantly higher than that of the GFRC-G and GFRC-E,GFRC-E was significantly higher than that of GFRC-G;all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and GFRC-E was significantly higher than that of GFRC-G and GFRM;the GFRM was significantly higher than that of GFRC-G;the pearson correlation analysis showed that GFRC-E and GFRM,GFRC-G and GFRC-E, GFRC-G and GFRM were closely related(P<0.001).Conclusion:The three kinds of GFR formula in the patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes have good agreement.关键词
