外科治疗后交通动脉瘤效果的相关因素研究
Research on the related factors of surgical treatment on the posterior communicating artery aneurysms

Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors of the surgical treatment on the posterior communicating artery aneurysms. Methods:120 patients with posterior communicating artery aneurysms were selected,and then we analyzed the related factors affecting the effect of surgical treatment.Results:The related factors of the surgical treatment on the posterior communicating artery aneurysms including age,hunt Hess grade,coma degree,operation time,the characteristics of subarachnoid hemorrhage showed by CT,and postoperative complications(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Ordered logisitic regression analysis showed that age, Hunt-Hess grade, coma degree and the operation time were independent risk factors for the treatment of posterior communicating artery aneurysms(P<0.05).Conclusion:In view of the above factors,guided clinicians to predict the forecast of posterior communicating artery aneurysm,in order to make treatment plan correctly,and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
