重型颅脑外伤开颅术中急性脑膨出的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the causes and treatment methods of acute encephalocele in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma craniotomy.Methods:40 patients with acute encephalocele in severe craniocerebral trauma craniotomy were selected.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Delayed intracranial hematoma in 18 cases,acute diffuse brain swelling in 10 cases,severe extensive cerebral contusion and laceration in 6 cases,acute cerebral ischemia in 6 cases.Follow up for 6 months,according to the Glasgow prognosis score(COS score)18 cases recovered well,10 cases were disabled,4 cases were severe disability,8 cases died.Conclusion:The causes of acute encephalocele in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma craniotomy are various.Combined with the actual clinical symptoms and timely treatment of patients has an important impact on the patients'life and health.关键词
