针刺配合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with swallowing training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group were given acupuncture treatment combined with swallowing function training and feeding training.The control group were given the swallowing function training and feeding training.We compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group with 90% was significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with swallowing training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke was significant.关键词
