Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different test methods on the detection rate of escherichia coli.Methods:One centrifugal method,two centrifugal method,the centrifugal filtration membrane method and the centrifugal double filtration membrane method were used to detect the escherichia coli in furazolidone tablet.Results:In one centrifugal method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was slightly turbid,and there was no gas,culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had no bacterial colony length.In two centrifugal method and the centrifugal filtration membrane method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was clear,and there was no gas,culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had no bacterial colony length.In the centrifugal double filtration membrane method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was turbid,and there was gas, culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had obvious colony.Conclusion:Compared with other methods,the detection rate of the centrifugal double filtration membrane method for escherichia coli was high,and the operation was more convenient.关键词
