Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound(TVUS) in patients with premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods:30 patients with premature ovarian failure and 30 normal women at childbearing age were selected. They were as the case group and the control group respectively.They were given transvaginal color doppler ultrasound.We observed the size of uterus,endometrial thickness,structure characteristics of ovarian,uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and so on.Results: In patients with premature ovarian failure,uterus and ovary were reduced,the endometrium was thin,the uterine artery blood flow was sparse,PSV and EDV were decreased,RI was increased.There were significant differences in the size of uterus,endometrial thickness and ovarian size between the two groups(P<0.05).The hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion: Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound check for changes of uterine blood flow dynamics can provide diagnostic approaches and feasible parameters for early diagnosis of premature ovarian failure.It had certain clinical application value.关键词
