两种白内障摘除术治疗硬核白内障的疗效比较
Curative effect comparison of two kinds of cataract extraction in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of two kinds of cataract extraction in the treatment of patients with hard nucleus cataract.Methods:150 patients with hard nucleus cataract were selected.According to admission order,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 75 cases in each.The treatment group were given small incision extraction treatment.The control group were given phacoemulsification treatment.The clinical outcomes of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of patients in two groups were all improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The change degree of scattered luminosity index and the total rate of complications in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision cataract extraction in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract has obvious effect.It can improve the clinical vision of patients,and reduce the complications.关键词
