摘要
Abstract
Objective:To learn single use of antipsychotics in treatment of schizophrenia with combination therapy efficacy and adverse drug reactions,adjust the treatment strategy.Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were divided into two groups,21 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the treatment group.The laboratory tests and adverse drug reactions were monitored.Results:The combination of drug treatment group was higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Single medication for the treatment of mental illness is more safe.Clinicians should pay attention to adjust the treatment of drugs strategy optimization of schizophrenia.关键词
