Clinical comparative analysis of treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small hole drilling and conventional operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small hole drilling and conventional operation.Methods:82 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups. The small hole group were with small hole drilling skull removal of hematoma.The traditional group used traditional large bone flap craniotomy for treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The curative effect of the small hole group was significantly better than that of the traditional group.Conclusion:The treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small hole drilling is better than traditional operation.关键词
