摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application of calcium gluconate prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods:82 pregnant women with risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage cesarean section.They were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group were given 10% calcium gluconate 10 mL with Ringer's intravenous drip.The control group were given oxytocin 20 U Palace injection+Carprost a sublingual.Comparative clinical efficacy.Results:There was significant statistical significance in the two groups from the skin to down of operating table(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium before surgery can significantly accelerate the contraction of uterine contraction,so as to reduce uterine bleeding and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
