Clinical treatment experience of open tibial fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment experience of open tibial fracture.Methods:27 patients with open tibial fracture were selected.According to the fracture type, fracture site and soft tissue injury of patients,they were given corresponding fixation method.The treatment effects and complications occurrence of patients were compared.Results:The fracture healing time ranged from 3 to 8 months,the average was (5.17±1.97) months.1 case had wound infection that was recovered and discharged after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with open tibial fracture,they are given corresponding fixation method according to the fracture type and soft tissue injury,which can improve the healing effect and reduce complications.关键词
