丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用
Application of sufentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of application of propofol combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:80 patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia.The control group was given propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia.Results:The postoperative recovery,spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye opening time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of sufentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has satisfactory anesthetic effect,and the complication is less.关键词
