阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods:96 patients with schizophrenia were selected.According to the different treatment drugs,they were divided into A group and B group.A group was given olanzapine,B group was given aripiprazole.Before treatment and after treatment for 8 weeks,the PANSS scores,life quality scores of two groups were analyzed.The serum prolactin levels of two groups were observed.Results:The PANSS scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The life quality scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The serum prolactin(PRL) of two groups were increased than before treatment,the rising range of A group was significantly higher than that of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effects of two drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia are comparative,but aripiprazole has a smaller effect on the PRL of patients.关键词
