微血管密度对食管鳞状细胞癌预后的价值
Value of microvessel density on the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To study the prognostic value of microvascular density(MVD) labeled by CD105 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues.Methods:50 untreated patients with primary esophageal squamous carcinoma were selected.They were given curative resection.After all the samples were pretreated,they were given SP immunohistochemistry to detect MVD,and the survival time was followed up.The relationship between MVD and the clinical pathological features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The value of MVD labeled by CD105 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage(P<0.05).Kaplan-meier survival analysis and COX regression showed that MVD was an independent factor for affecting the prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma.Conclusion:MVD labeled by CD105 can reflect angiogenesis of patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma.It has the relation with tumor growth and metastasis.High MVD indicates a poor prognosis,and it is an independent factor for affecting the prognosis.关键词
