奥马哈系统护理模式在脑卒中患者中的应用及效果评价
Application and evaluation of Omaha system models of care in stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To value the Omaha system models of care in stroke patients.Methods:78 patients with stroke were selected, they were randomly divided into the two groups,39 cases in each.The control group were given conventional rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention group were given Omaha intervention rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results:After the intervention group were treated with Omaha system nursing intervention,the cognition,behavior,and state were evaluated,the total score of life quality,activity ability,cognitive ability and limb function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Omaha nursing model for stroke patients with rehabilitation nursing has a positive meaning in improving the patient's cognition,behavior and the ability of the state.关键词
