个性化护理干预对无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症患者效果的影响
Influence of personalized nursing intervention on modified electric convulsive therapy in patients with schizo-phrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of personalized nursing intervention on modified electric convulsive therapy in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:76 patients were treated by MECT in the first,middle and after treatment,and compared with the control group,the compliance and therapeutic effect of MECT was observed.Results:The intervention group:the number of courses≤5 times in 8 cases,≥6 times in 30 cases,7 cases were invalid,31 cases were effective.The control group:the number of courses≤5 times in 21 cases, ≥6 times in 17 cases,18 cases were invalid,20 cases were effective.There were significant differences between the two groups in the number of treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the overall compliance and treatment effect of patients with MECT treatment.关键词
