护理延伸服务对尿路结石患者体外冲击波碎石的临床价值
Clinical value of extension nursing service for patients with urolithiasis accepting extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of extension nursing service for patients with urolithiasis accepting extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy.Methods:110 cases of patients with urolithiasis accepting extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The control group were given conventional nursing.The observation group were given extension nursing service on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications after discharge of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Extension nursing service could reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate after discharge of patients with urolithiasis accepting extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy effectively.关键词
