Abstract
In this paper,the author discusses the common problems in pediatric resident standardization training management. Through continuous exploration,improvement,innovation,practice,taking the medical advantages of the maternity and children specialist top three hospitals,a reasonable and effective clinical pediatric resident standardization training management system is gradually established.关键词
