经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Method:54 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were selected,they were treated by PKP,we observed the clinical effect of patients after treatment.Results:The injured anterior column height and Cobb angle were significantly improved.The total effective rate was 98.15%(53/54).The VAS score(2.12±1.05)was significantly lower than before treatment(8.42±1.68).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of PKP in treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is significant,it can recover vertebral height,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the pain.关键词
