摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of mosapride combined with omeprazole and famotidine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:80 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group were given mosapride combined with omeprazole treatment;the observation group was treated with mosapride combined with omeprazole and famotidine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We use the mosapride and combined with omeprazole and famotidine famotidine to treat reflux esophagitis,not only can promote gastric motility,increase acid suppression time,but also enhance the esophageal reflux material removal function,change the gastric luminal environment,and enhance the treatment effect, promote the quality of life of patients also has a positive role.关键词
