Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of 654-2 combined with progesterone in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods:52 patients with ureteral calculi were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory,654-2 antispasmodic and analgesic treatment,the experimental group added progesterone 20mg for intramuscular injection on the basis of control group,we compared clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of ureteral calculi discharge was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 65.38% in the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of 654-2 combined with progesterone in the treatment of ureteral calculi was significant.关键词
