摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the cause of infant severe pneumonia combined with hyponatremia.Methods:The serum sodium level of 103 cases of infant with severe pneumonia were detected.Results:19 cases had hyponatremia(18.4%),17 cases cured and were improved,2 cases had automatic discharge.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of severe pneumonia combined with hyponatremia was lack of specificity,the serum sodium level should be monitored in order to improve the rescue success rate of severe pneumonia.关键词
