高血压患者心血管危险性分层与治疗的研究
Study on the stratification and treatment of cardiovascular risk in patients with hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with hypertension based on cardiovascular risk stratification.Methods:132 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average.Patients of the observation group were treated according to their cardiovascular risk stratification,patients of the control group were treated with routine antihypertensive drugs.We observed and compared the mean diastolic blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure of the two groups after 6 months of treatment,we also compared the changes in the number of hypertension risk stratification before and after the treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the blood pressure of the patients of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the proportion of the number of higher risk stratification of hypertension was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment according to cardiovascular risk stratification in the patients with hypertension is more obvious.关键词
