中西医结合治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的疗效探讨

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone and prednisolone alone in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis.Methods:86 patients with oral submucous fibrosis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,they were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone and prednisolone alone respectively.After three months of treatment,we compared the lesion area,mouth opening and pain index before and after drug use.On this basis,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Salvia miltiorrhiza and prednisolone combination therapy for oral submucous fibrosis can not only reduce the adverse reactions caused by prednisolone,but also can promote the rehabilitation of patients.Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone treatment for oral submucous fibrosis had obvious advantages.关键词
