摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effective treatment measures of angina symptoms after myocardial infarction.Methods:140 patients with angina symptoms after myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each.The control group was given compound Danshen injection and nitroglycerin treatment. The observation group was given aspirin and nifedipine on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly decreased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),HDL-C,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),TC/HDL-C of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using compound Danshen injection,nitroglycerin,digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and β receptor blocker and aspirin in the treatment of angina symptoms after myocardial infarction has a significant clinical effect.关键词
