摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of T wave crest(Tp-Te)interval in the diagnosis of patients with heart disease.Methods:120 patients with myocardial infarction were selected,all patients underwent ambulatory ECG monitoring,they were divided into the arrhythmia group with 90 cases(the ventricular tachycardia group with 65 cases,the ventricular premature group with 25 cases)and the non arrhythmia group with 30 cases.According to echocardiography,they were divided into the reconstructed group with 42 cases and the non reconstruction group with 78 cases.According to the clinical outcomes of the different points they were divided into the cardiovascular event group with 15 cases and the non cardiovascular event group with 105 cases.We compared Tp-Te and Tp-Te dispersion between the groups.Results:The Tp-Te and Tp-Te dispersion were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tp-Te interval has a certain predictive effect on the occurrence and prognosis of arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.关键词
