焦虑抑郁高血压患者的血压变异性研究
Study on blood pressure variability of anxiety and depression patients with hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of blood pressure variability in anxiety and depression patients with hypertension.Methods:104 hypertension patients were selected,we used self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale of Zung to evaluate the patients with essential hypertension,66 patients with anxiety and depression,48 cases with non anxiety and depression,and the variation of blood pressure in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The average systolic blood pressure of 24h in the patients with anxiety and depression was significantly higher than that of non anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare with patients with non anxiety and depression,the blood pressure variability in essential hypertension patients with anxiety and depression is increased.关键词
