Nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing experience and effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods:100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing.Results:After nursing,the mastering regular medication,mastering diet control, mastering regular exercise, mastering complications prevention of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing,the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the MMEF and FEV1 of two groups were all significantly improved,and all significantly better than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the MMEF and FEV1 of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients,improve the life quality of patients.关键词
