针对老年精神病患者开展优质护理的效果评价
Effect evaluation of quality nursing for elderly patients with mental illness
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of quality nursing in the elderly patients with mental illness.Methods:The elderly inpatients with mental illness were randomly divided into two zones.The one zone was given quality nursing activity.The second zone was given general nursing,After 3 months,the nursing quality was evaluated,the nursing documents quality was compared, and the patient satisfaction was investigated.Results:The nursing quality,nursing documents writing quality and patient satisfaction of the quality nursing ward were significantly higher than that of the general ward,especially the nosocomial infection, falls and choking of elderly were significantly reduced.Conclusion:Carrying out quality nursing activity in the elderly psychiatric ward plays an important role in elderly patients with mental illness,and even shorten the length of hospital stay.关键词
