Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of eugenic health examination before pregnancy implementing in prepotency. Methods:The clinical data of women accepting eugenic health examination before pregnancy were analyzed.Results:219 cases suffered from various diseases(21.1% ),including 92 cases of infectious diseases(42.0% ),78 cases of reproductive system diseases(35.6% ),34 cases of hereditary disease(15.5% ) and 15 cases of internal disease(6.8% ).Conclusion:Eugenic health examination before pregnancy could improve the quality of fertility significantly and reduce the incidence of birth defects.关键词
