2005-2014年康健街道猩红热流行特征分析

Abstract
Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of scarlet fever of Kangjian street,to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of scarlet fever.Methods:The use of"China Disease Prevention and Control Information System"epidemic information,epidemiological analysis of scarlet fever was described.Results:2005-2014 Xuhui district Kangjian street reported a total of scarlet fever 93 cases,and the incidence was 11.92/10 million;incidence of scarlet fever season mainly concentrated in the winter and spring;June and December was the peak incidence.The ratio of male to female was 2.88:1;the age of onset was mainly concentrated in the age of 5~9(P<0.001);the vocational students and young children were the main focus.Conclusion:According to the characteristics of incidence of scarlet fever periodic targeted prevention and control strategy,enhancing the control ability of primary school and kindergarten to infectious diseases,effective control of the epidemic of scarlet fever.关键词
