摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination in the teaching of pediatrics.Methods:Two classes of clinical medicine A and B were randomly selected from 2014 classes of clinical medicine,and the traditional teaching method was used in class B,the class A was given the clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination analysis method on the basis of B class.Results:The scores of A class in the two-way interaction,the teaching democracy,the inspiration,the classroom atmosphere and the focus of teaching and other aspects were significantly better than that of B class(P<0.05).Class A students' performance was significantly better than that of B class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination analysis is applied to pediatrics teaching has a positive role in promoting.关键词
