Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the survival rate of the ultra long random expanded skin flaps in guinea pigs.Methods:30 British medium-sized white guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups(the hyperbaric oxygen group and the control group) with 15 cases in each,they were given hyperbaric oxygen intervention and no intervention respectively.After 9 days,we calculated the survival area of the skin flap of each group,calculated the number of new blood vessels in the middle of the skin flap,and detected the differences in expression of CD34 by immunohistochemical method.Results:In hyperbaric oxygen group,the percentage of survival area of skin flap with (70.04±0.04)% was higher than (41.07±0.02)% of the control group,P<0.05.In hyperbaric oxygen group,the number of vessels at each high power mirror of (14.62±6.53) was higher than (7.79±2.12) of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can improve the blood supply of the skin flap,and then increase the survival of the expanded skin flap.关键词
