摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation combined with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:42 patients with steady vitiligo were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 21 cases in each,the control group was treated by simple narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation,the treatment group was treated by narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation combined with autologous epidermal grafting,we compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo was significant.关键词
