摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of impacted ureteral calculi.Methods:60 patients with impacted ureteral calculi were selected,they were given the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment(control group) and holmium laser lithotripsy treatment(observation group).Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,both of the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare with the traditional method of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,the technology of laser lithotripsy is more worthy to be popularized.关键词
