Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methimazole combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in children.Methods:120 children with hyperthyroidism were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each,the control group was treated with methimazole combined with tapazole,the observation group was treated with levothyroxine on the basis of the control group,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:At treatment for 2 months and after treatment,compared with before treatment,the differences in TSH,FT4, FT3 and thyroid volume were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in TSH and thyroid volume between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of methimazole combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in children was significant,and adverse reactions were few.关键词
