Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical pathological features of clear cell carcinoma developed by benign clear cell adenofibroma for atypical hyperplasia and canceration.Methods:We observed 2 cases of ovarian tumors with benign,borderline adenofibroma complicated with adenocarcinoma type clear cell carcinoma,and analyzed it combining literature.Results:The tumor was cystic and honeycomb,there was benign adenofibroma area,part of glandular epithelium was not typical as the borderline adenofibroma,it changed into clear cell carcinoma by focal canceration.In immunohistochemistry,AE1/AE3,CAM5.2,EMA,PAX8, CA125,P53 were positive,ER,PR,WT1 were negative.In PAS staining,the cytoplasm of the clear cell and the mucus in the lumen were positive.Conclusion:Ovarian adenocarcinoma type clear cell carcinoma was originated from the adenocarcinoma,it had some similarities and differences in the origin,molecular biology and biological behavior with endometriosis type clear cell carcinoma, the prognosis of early cases was good.关键词
