摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods:163 patients with breast nodules were selected.67 cases of malignant nodules were confirmed by pathological examination after operation,and 96 cases were benign nodules.The patients were given color doppler ultrasound examination before surgery.Results:58 cases were accurate diagnosis by ultrasound in 67 cases of malignant nodules.77 cases were accurate diagnosis by ultrasound in 96 cases of benign nodules.The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were respectively 82.82%(135/163),89.53%(77/86),89.23%(58/65).The proportion of rich flow signals in the malignant nodules was significantly more than that of the benign nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion:The color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules has a certain clinical application value,it can be identified according to the rich flow signals.关键词
