摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the imaging diagnosis and treatment experience of intracal haemangiopericytoma(HPC). Methods:The imaging findings and treatments of 16 cases of intracal haemangiopericytoma were retrospectively analyzed,and combined with the literature were discussed.Results:CT and MRI showed the following characteristics,CT scan showed that the tumors were equality high density,and there was no common signs such as tumor calcification,it not seen within the tumor calcification,adjacent cranial bone hyperplasia and dural tail sign and other common signs.In MRI scan,T1WI showed that the tumor was equality,low mixed signal,T2WI showed that the tumor was equality or equality,high mixed signal.After enhancement, all tumors showed a marked enhancement,the tumors were lobulated,narrow base attached to the dura mater,rich blood flowed void, there was no dural tail sign,no bone hyperplasia and tumor calcification.Conclusion:HPC has a relatively specific imaging feature points. HPC preferres surgical treatment,and is supplemented radiation therapy after operation.关键词
