心肌肌钙蛋白I和心型脂肪酸结合蛋白H-FABP联合检测对手足口病患儿心肌损伤的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of joint detection of serum cardiac troponin I and H-FABP in children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined myocardial injury.Methods:198 cases of children with HFMD were divided myocardial injury group(42 cases) and no-myocardial injury group(156 cases) and 52 cases of healthy children as the control group,the serum H-FABP and cardiac troponin I of the three groups in the 6,12,18,24,30,36 hour after admission were detected.Results:Compared with no-myocardial injury group and the control group,the cTnI levels of the myocardial injury group increased more in 12,18,24 hour after admission,the H-FABP levels increased more in 6,12,18 hour after admission(P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum H-FABP had better diagnosis of early myocardial injury in children with HFMD than cTnI.关键词
