摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of high quality nursing intervention on neurological functional recovery of patients with cerebral embolism.Methods:46 patients with cerebral embolism were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with usual care, while the observation group was receive the high quality nursing intervention,comparative the effects of two groups.Results:NFA score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),FMA score and Barthel score of patients in the observation group were obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention for patients with cerebral embolism can improve their neurological function,significantly improved the quality of life of patients.关键词
