手术全期护理降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of operation whole period nursing in reducing the pressure sores incidence rate of patients with limbs fracture.Methods:90 patients with limbs fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group with 45 cases in each.The reference group was given general nursing.The study group was given whole period operation nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group( χ 2=4.939,P<0.05).The pressure sores incidence rate during hospitalization of the study group was 4.4%,it was significantly lower than 22.2% of the reference group(χ 2=6.154,P<0.05). Conclusion:Giving operation whole period nursing for patients with limbs fracture has a significant effect,the pressure sores incidence rate of patients is significantly lower.关键词
