苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果观察
Observation on the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension. Methods:90 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into 3 groups of A, B,C,each of 30 cases.A group was treated with amlodipine,B group was treated with valsartan alone,and C group was treated with amlodipine and valsartan. Comparison of clinical therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rates of groups of A,B,C were 66.67%,70.00% and 90.00%respectively,group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension is outstanding.关键词
