苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果观察OA
Observation on the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension
目的：探讨应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦对高血压进行治疗的临床效果。方法：收治高血压患者90例，随机分为A、B、C 3组各30例。A组给予单纯苯磺酸氨氯地平进行治疗，B组给予单纯缬沙坦进行治疗，C组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平+缬沙坦进行治疗，比较临床治疗效果。结果：A 组、B 组、C 组的治疗总有效率分别为66.67%、70.00%、90.00%，C组显著高于A组和B组(P＜0.05)。结论：应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦方式对高血压患者进行治疗可取得更为确切的临床效果。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.
