Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of clomiphene resistant polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40 patients with clomiphene resistant polycystic ovary syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each.The control group was given oral stimulate ovulation medicine at menses or fifth day of retreat hemorrhages,taking for 5 days,and given folic acid,clomiphene 5mg one day.The observation group was given oral NAC 1.8~3.0 g one day.The two groups were used for 5 to 6 weeks.The clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results:In the observation group,the endometrial thickness was (7.81 ± 1.20)mm,17 cases(85.0% ) had mature follicle development,16 cases(80.0%) had ovulation,13 cases(65.0%) had pregnancy.In the control group,the endometrial thickness was (9.01±2.01)mm,13 cases(65.0%) had mature follicle development,9 cases(45.0%) had ovulation,2 cases(10.0%) had pregnancy.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group had 2 cases of adverse reaction,the adverse reaction incidence rate was 10%.The observation group showed no adverse reaction.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of clomiphene resistant polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant curative effect,greatly increases the pregnancy rate.关键词
