曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭58例临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure in 58 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:58 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group,the control group was treated with digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and B receptor blockers,the observation group added trimetazidine on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the quality of life,happiness,family function, functional living index,daily life ability,6 minutes walking distance,LVEF,heart function NYHA grade of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.关键词
