腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的效果观察
Effect observation of laparoscopic appendectomy for appendicitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy for appendicitis.Methods:124 patients with appendicitis were selected,analysis of clinical data.Results:The observation group of operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative after ambulation time less than control group(P<0.05).The function of digestive system,urinary function,psychological and social function of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,etc.关键词
