莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗功能性便秘的效果观察
Curative effect observation of mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functional constipation

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:66 patients with functional constipation were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given mosapride combined with bifico treatment.The control group was given mosapride treatment.The clinical treatment curative effects,recurrence rates and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:4 cases were ineffective in the experimental group.16 cases were ineffective in the control group.The treatment total effective rate was 51.5% in the experimental group,it was significantly higher than 51.5% of the control group(P<0.05).11 cases recurred in the experimental group,12 cases recurred in the control group.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 37.9%,it was significantly higher than 70.6% of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the liver and kidney function tests were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functional constipation has a good clinical effect,a low recurrence rate,and lighter adverse reactions.关键词
