摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:90 patients with breast cancer were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each, they were treated by modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,in surgery,in the observation group, the intercostobrachial nerve was preserved,in the control group, the intercostobrachial nerve was removed,we compared the operation effect between the two groups. Results:In the observation group, the operation time of (93.5±12.9) minutes was significantly higher than (82.1 ± 10.8) minutes of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,at six months after operation,2 cases were pain syndrome,39 cases were normal sensation,6 cases were abnormal sensation,in the control group,at six months after operation,13 cases were pain syndrome,14 cases were normal sensation,31 cases were abnormal sensation, the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preservation of the intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of pain syndrome.关键词
