摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of choledochoscope combine holmium laser lithotripsy for refractory intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods:21 patients with difficult to take intrahepatic bile duct stones were selected, summary of clinical data.Results:20 patients were successfully treated with the choledochoscope combine holmium laser lithotripsy,and 1 case failed,there was no complications,such as fever,jaundice and bile duct bleeding after operation.Conclusion:Choledochoscope combine holmium laser lithotripsy for refractory intrahepatic bile duct stones is feasible,safe and effective clinical techniques.关键词
