摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods:96 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 48 cases, the study group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.Results:The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly less than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The pregnancy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comparing with the traditional open operation,laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst clinical curative effect is more obvious,safe and high,effectively improve the pregnancy rate.关键词
